Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Test engineer to join the core game development team. You will be designing, implementing and executing test scripts as well as supporting all testing efforts for our upcoming Tactical PC Shooter to bring the game from the hands of developers to the millions of players out there.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and execute automated test scripts
  • Prepare test specification according to software requirements
  • Plan and execute against functional requirements including systems integration, regression and performance testing
  • Troubleshoot complex software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for the game
  • Prepare reports and documentation updates
  • Identify and record bugs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience writing automated tests and operating/managing automation frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience with programming languages like C# and Python

Lead Character Artist

We are looking for a Lead Character Artist to join the core game development team.
This person will have a key role in establishing the look, design and creation of the characters that populate the game worlds. The right candidate has the passion in crafting iconic characters and skills produce stunning, high quality and efficient AAA game content.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the character art team in development of high-quality AAA characters
  • Modeling, texturing and implementation of real-time character models 
  • Contributing to the references, concepts, and art direction, while also having the initiative to take the work further independently 
  • Working closely with the team and external partners to ensure that quality is consistent and cohesive

Requirements

  • Shipped a PC/Console title as a Lead Character Artist
  • 5+ years of experience in AAA game development (PC and/or console)
  • You have the passion to create designs fit for a first-person shooter game

Level Designer

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and script scenarios in first person multiplayer shooter 
  • Realize the high-level vision of your missions through all stages of development from initial block out to final shipped product
  • Work in a cross-discipline team developing a new exciting IP 
  • Balance PvP and PvE modes on a live game

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Level or Mission Design position, with at least 1 shipped title on PC and/or console  
  • 3+ years of experience with 3D world and mission building tools like Unreal Engine, Unity or CryEngine 
  • Knowledge of traditional or visual scripting language for building level flows and scenarios

  • Building functional data pipeline both in and out of the game to be able to gather, analyze and report data to improve the game
  • Building strong relationships with the development team and management and working on increasing their hunger for data
  • Helping developers by checking hypothesis about the game, gathering data about potential competitors and working on building the players’ personas
  • Being proactive and keeping looking into the new methods on how to improve the game through data and analyzes

Senior Environment Artist

We are looking for an Environment Artist to join the core game development team where you will be part of the layout creation process and creating a wide range of 3D environment assets for our game worlds.

Responsibilities

  • Modeling, texturing and implementation of environment assets 
  • Being able to find, follow references, concepts, and art direction, while also showing the initiative to take the work further independently 
  • Working closely with Lead Environment Artist and our Level Designers to create high quality, high resolution 3D environment art, mostly props and architecture.
  • Combine traditional art knowledge with next-gen 3D authoring techniques to create visually compelling spaces.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in AAA game development (PC and/or console)

Technical Artist

We are looking for a talented Technical Artist to be a direct line of technical art support for our upcoming first person shooter’s content team. 

The ideal candidate is an expert in their field and holds a wealth of knowledge in dealing with the technical issues around content creation for video games. 

Responsibilities

  • Working with several different disciplines including lighting, rigging, and animation being generalist enough to support various matters as they may arise 
  • Working closely with animators, programmers and artists to solve problems in the content creation process.
  • Demonstrate creativity and technical ability within the constraints of PC development.
  • Providing hands-on support to artists and engineers in regard to asset performance and validation
  • Helping to review creative process and identify opportunities for tool improvements
  • Developing 3D art pipeline tools and extensions with an eye towards usability and efficiency
  • Solving challenging technical issues in the 3D asset pipeline

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with 3Ds Max / Maya / Houdini in game industry
  • At least one shipped PC or console game title
  • Knowledge/experience of Unreal development
  • Professional experience as a technical artist/tools programmer
  • Experience in modelling and art tools (Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience in a full digital art content creation pipeline (high and low-poly modelling, unwrapping, baking, texturing, level art)

UI Artist

We are looking for a talented UI Artist with game art experience to support Nine to Five development team. As an UI Artist you will work close with the UI/UX Designers to bring Nine to Five to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Create UI -assets based on the style guides and game design requests
  • Collaborate in developing the Nine to Five visual style and work according to existing style guides.
  • Create assets in Illustrator, Photoshop or other similar package.
  • Work very closely with the Art team, UI/UX Designers, and community team

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in the games industry.
  • Confident understanding of typography and basic color theory.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required).
  • Able to understand technical implementations, and limitations.
